Knoxville Catering’s tour Division, The Trucking Chef, has been taking the backstage door to the entertainment world for two decades. From Dolly Parton to Slipknot, Knoxville Catering has been touring the United States and Canada catering and providing hospitality for crews and artist. With attention to detail and budgets, we gladly accommodate vegans, vegetarians, gluten free or any other special dietary need with all organic and locally sourced fare. We are loved by the artists and requested by crews!
We are a fully self-contained operation and like to think we create a home away from home. We advance all of our own shows with the venue and take that task off of production managers. Having toured many years, we have been to many of the venues and created working relationships with a lot of the local staff.
In addition to Tour Catering, Knoxville Catering also caters Music Festivals. Carolina Rebellion, Aftershock, Gentleman of the Road and Bonnaroo to name a few. Our fully mobile field kitchen and years of experience makes large multi-day functions go off without a hitch.
